We want you to have a relaxed, carefree stay on this beautiful island of Bequia.
Our aim is to provide you with the best in genuine Caribbean hospitality.
If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know and we will do our best.
The Estate is our home and while you are with us, we want it to be yours too. Please feel free to wander in the grounds or ask Ezra or any of the gardeners to walk around with you and give you a tour. They will show you all the wonderful fruits we have growing and teach you everything you ever wanted to know about coconuts and bananas!
You may charge all extra services to your room.
All charges are in EC$ and we happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Am Ex or cash (US$ or EC$) on departure.
Room Check out is by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure. However, if the room is
not required for arriving guests you are welcome to keep it until your departure, please just check with your maid.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the main dining room.
If you have special dietary needs or fancy anything different please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you where possible.
We can make up a picnic basket for you to take to the beach.
Please give us enough notice so that we can have it ready for you.
Please order drinks and food poolside at any time using the bar WhatsApp number.

Resources are limited so please;
Turn off lights and AC when not in room

Turn off taps and only flush the toilet when necessary

Be considerate with suntan lotion - it stains the linens

AND A REALLY BIG PLEASE
The maid has checked the AC before your arrival and it is set to optimum comfort and efficiency.
PLEASE - only press the on/off button on the remote.
Unfortunately, if you press other buttons it can de program the system meaning we have to get a technician in to re set it, which could take up to a couple of days, leaving you with no AC in the mean time.

There are several good spas on the island, we like Sunny Spa, run by Dani who was one of the first therapists working on Bequia and has over 10 years of experience.
​
In addition to full body, deep-tissue, Indian head massage and facials, she also offers reflexology, reiki, ear candling, manicures, pedicures, waxing and various beauty treatments.
We can arrange for Dani to come to you so you can enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort and serenity of our massage room, here at Firefly.
